**What You’ll Do at 30e:**
? Simultaneously manage multiple productions and tours, ensuring excellence across all production areas — technical, logistics, backstage, site operations, security, customer experience, and VIP packages — guaranteeing high-quality show delivery.
? Plan, coordinate, and supervise production activities related to live shows produced by 30e, ensuring alignment among planning, execution, and approved budget.
? Manage production schedules, resources, and involved teams, ensuring adherence to deadlines, technical standards, and operational requirements.
? Conduct production budgetary control, monitoring production, logistics, and operational costs, and proposing optimizations that ensure project financial viability.
? Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (operations, technical, backstage, logistics, suppliers, and partners), ensuring team integration and efficient project execution.
? Monitor critical production phases (setup, operation, and teardown) to ensure compliance with planning and rapid resolution of any deviations.
? Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in production and operational processes, contributing to increased efficiency and scalability of operations.
? Ensure compliance with safety regulations, compliance standards, and best practices throughout all production stages.
? Maintain constant interface with other company departments (artistic, marketing, operations, finance, and commercial), ensuring alignment and supporting project decision-making.
? Lead and develop the production team, fostering a collaborative, safe, and results-oriented work environment.
**Requirements:** **What We’d Love You to Have:**
* **Bachelor’s degree in Event Production, Cultural Production, Business Administration, Production Engineering, Communications, or related fields.**
* **Specializations or courses in project management, event production, or logistics are considered advantageous.**
* **Proven experience in large-scale event production, concerts, or tours.**
* **Experience managing multiple projects and complex schedules simultaneously.**
* **Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers.**
* **Experience in production budget management and cost control.**
* **Experience in live operations (setup, operation, and teardown).**
* **Fluency in English.**
* **Strong skills in planning, organization, and simultaneous management of multiple projects.**
* **Cross-departmental communication and coordination.**
* **Agility in handling unforeseen events and finding quick solutions.**
* **Prioritization management and operational pressure handling.**
