Ability to make quick decisions Work Location: Santo André \- SP Start Date: Immediate Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **Compensation: BRL 1\.800,00 \+ Transportation Allowance and Basic Food Basket** Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 17:00\. Our client is a small-scale manufacturing company producing gutters, flashing, conductors, metal sheets, metal cutting and bending, laser cutting, CNC machining, and more. We are looking for a committed, proactive, disciplined professional with strong communication skills, excellent teamwork abilities, and the capacity to make quick decisions. Desired Qualifications: \* Knowledge and experience in reading and interpreting industrial drawings \* Basic operation of machinery and equipment \* Operation and management of CNC machines for part production \* Technical ability to interpret codes, program and adjust machines for different projects, plus basic maintenance \* Focus on rules and safety \* Use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) \* High school diploma required Job Type: Full-time CLT Pay: BRL 1\.800,00 \- BRL 1\.801,00 per month Benefits: * Basic food basket * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
