**Marketing Analyst \- Mid-level** **Job Type:** CLT/On-site **Location** Av. Carlos Gomes, No. 716 **Working Hours** 8:30 AM to 6:18 PM – 1-hour break **Qualifications:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree (Graphic Design, Digital Communication, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Journalism, Public Relations). **Responsibilities:** \- Manage ONE Porto Alegre’s Instagram account, including content planning and calendar management, copywriting for posts and campaigns, event coverage, training and behind-the-scenes content for Stories, profile monitoring and engagement, post scheduling, and performance metric and reporting tracking. \- Create texts and content for email marketing campaigns, as well as schedule and monitor email dispatches. \- Support event and training organization; develop institutional presentations; manage mailing lists and event communications; liaise with and obtain quotations from vendors for promotional items, materials, and supporting assets. \- Manage and update website information, including banner adjustments and content updates. \- Support Meta Ads campaign management and develop ad copy. **Requirements:** · Prior experience in digital marketing and social media · Excellent writing skills and broad knowledge base for content creation · Hands-on experience managing professional Instagram accounts and analyzing metrics · Strong organizational skills, agility, and autonomy · Multitasking and proactive mindset **Preferred Qualifications:** · Experience with premium brands or the real estate market · Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO · Experience in events and relationship-building initiatives · Familiarity with the high-end/luxury market **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance (VT) * Health and Dental Insurance \- Sulmed (effective after 3 months of employment) * Food and Meal Allowance (VA/VR) \- via flexible card * Birthday Leave (Day\-Off) * Uniform Salary: R$3\.000,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
