Compensation Salary: R$ 2.848,40 (Composition: R$ 2.200,00 base + R$ 648,40 additional) Work Schedule Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Lunch Break: 2 hours Saturday: 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM Main Responsibilities * Painting and finishing: touch-ups and painting of walls and ceilings; * Preventive and corrective maintenance: electrical and hydraulic repairs; * Building repairs: minor repairs to furniture, doors, and common areas; * Structural care: ensuring preservation of environments and guest rooms; Requirements * Proven experience in general maintenance and painting; * Practical knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems; * Organized, responsible, and solution-oriented profile; Preferred Qualifications * Experience in hotels, guesthouses, or condominiums; * Technical course in maintenance-related fields.
