We believe that a company's success stems from highly qualified and engaged individuals committed to their personal and professional development, with purposes directed toward a greater good. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Accurately and assertively pick or store materials, correctly following established processes to ensure inventory accuracy. * Suggest inventory/forced stock adjustments through communication with leadership to maintain proper supply levels. * Store and stock materials using the PEPS or FIFO (First In, First Out) methodology for correct inventory management. * Control and conduct inventory of PPE Approval Certificates and SDS (Safety Data Sheets) using information provided by manufacturers for proper inventory management. * Manage and replenish Vending Machines, performing restocking and inventories to ensure their proper operation. * Pick customer orders and material requisitions as requested by customers for product delivery. * Extract reports from Allianza using data extracted from the system for sending to customers and measuring inventory levels of vending machines/stores. * Travel occasionally, as requested, to other group units to provide operational support according to scheduling instructions from the immediate manager, to meet specific and seasonal demands. * Move volumes within the receiving and shipping area for transportation, using handling carts and sorting volumes into shipping staging areas, ensuring volume availability for shipping/transportation. * Organize and maintain department cleanliness applying the 5S methodology to keep the environment clean and organized. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education * Experience in Logistics is a plus Nortel is an equal opportunity employer and invites women, visible minorities, and individuals with disabilities to apply.
