Performs cleaning, sanitization, conservation, and organization activities for internal and external environments, ensuring appropriate conditions for use and well-being. Carries out proper collection and disposal of waste, replenishes hygiene supplies, and ensures appropriate use of cleaning products while controlling their replenishment. Provides support activities and may assist across different company units or areas as needed. Performs duties in compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental preservation standards and procedures. * Assist with routine simple maintenance tasks or organize service requests for major repairs when necessary. * Conduct basic inspections of restrooms and sinks, reporting major issues to the responsible department, while ensuring these areas remain in appropriate condition for use. * Assist with minor repair requests, such as supporting furniture relocation, door and lock adjustments, and minor structural maintenance of the environment. * Perform cleaning, sanitization, and conservation of rooms, restrooms, corridors, dining areas, glass surfaces, and furniture, as well as proper collection and disposal of waste, in accordance with hygiene and safety standards. * Ensure organization, conservation, and sanitization of common internal and external areas, using cleaning equipment and products appropriately to contribute to the company’s overall maintenance. * Prepare coffee and attend to routine or meeting-related requests. * Organize and sort cleaning materials, supplies, and products, monitor inventory levels, and request replenishment when necessary. * Follow safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental preservation procedures and standards during task execution, ensuring proper use of materials and equipment. * Perform other related duties as determined by management.
