**WORK LOCATION: Ferbasa Florestal –** **Entre Rios – BA** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Complete fundamental education; * Availability to work on rotating shifts. * Reside in Entre Rios, Araçás, or nearby locations such as Faz. Araticum or Faz. Buri. * Desired experience: activities in civil construction or field operations, and involvement in bio-reducer production (charcoal) activities. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare bio-reducer production furnaces, monitoring and assisting in loading the ignition chambers, closing and sealing the doors, performing barrel lining and laying refractory bricks; * Monitor and assist in the furnace opening and discharging process; * Assist the team in firefighting operations during furnace opening; * Perform cleaning after emptying; * Monitor the product dispatch process, removing embers and other impurities, as well as assisting in minor maintenance and furnace repairs.
