The engineering analyst is essential to ensure alignment among planning, execution, and project delivery, contributing to project success with efficiency and quality. **Main responsibilities:** * Release, execute, and inspect tasks; * Analyze and control construction indices; * Map and technologically control concrete and masonry; * Schedule and request delivery of concrete, grout, mortar, blocks, etc.; * Participate in the preparation/update of the Lookahead; * Measurement; * Plan and request materials and supplies for the project; * Participate in the development of financial planning; * Control labor hours, daily allowances, machinery, and equipment; * Participate in measurement and payment of third parties; * Train interns and assistants; * Train labor services according to the company's internal procedures; * Perform end-of-project checklist for supervisor validation; * Prepare Competitiveness Charts; * Attend kickoff meetings with contractors.
