If you are passionate about transforming marketing strategies into high-impact visual experiences and master the art of creating for the digital market, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design graphic assets for social media, high-performance ads, marketing emails, sales pages, banners, and YouTube thumbnails; * Create complete visual identities and their derivatives for infoproduct launches and marketing events; * Develop artwork for printed and digital materials targeting both in-person and online experiences; * Collaborate synergistically with Copywriting and Paid Traffic teams to ensure design maximizes conversion; * Guarantee visual consistency and aesthetic alignment with each project/expert’s strategy; * Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, bringing modern references and creative solutions to team challenges. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven prior experience as a Mid-level Designer, preferably within launch agencies or digital marketing; * Absolute proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; * Solid knowledge of typography, visual hierarchy, color theory, composition, and branding; * Impeccable organization to manage multiple requests, agility to meet launch deadlines, and rigorous attention to detail; **Bonus Qualifications:** * Direct experience within the infoproduct and launch ecosystem; * Experience creating visual identities for large-scale events; * Familiarity with Conversion Design (UX/UI focused on sales); * Basic knowledge of Motion Design and video editing. **Additional Information** This is a CLT position requiring on-site work (we are located in Brasília \- DF).
