We are looking for students who enjoy working in customer service. **What will your responsibilities be as our Assistant?** Provide customer service for a specific client portfolio. Efficiently and systematically resolve tickets via phone, email, and chat. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify critical insights. Build sustainable and trustworthy relationships with each customer through clear and empathetic communication. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and system updates in the CRM. Handle case resolutions with partner carriers. Communicate with other departments. Propose solutions.
