**Position: Cook I \- Cook II \- Cook III** **About the opportunity:** We are looking for **Cooks I and III** to work in our **industrial kitchen**, joining the team responsible for producing large volumes of meals with quality, flavor, and food safety. The professional will be an essential part of the unit's operational routine, ensuring compliance with standards established by the company and health authorities. **Cook I – Production Operator** **Responsibilities:** * Carry out pre-preparation and preparation of food according to technical recipes and instructions from the Sous Chef and Head Chef; * Follow good hygiene and food handling practices; * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and maintenance of utensils and equipment; * Assist in meal assembly and distribution; * Monitor the use of supplies, avoiding waste; * Meet production schedules and targets set by leadership. **Requirements:** * Previous experience as a cook or assistant in an industrial kitchen; * Basic knowledge of food safety and good handling practices; * Completed elementary education (high school completion desirable); * Ability to work in a team and under pressure. **Cook III – Production and Technical Supervision** **Responsibilities:** * Supervise meal preparation, ensuring standardization and quality of dishes; * Organize daily production according to menu and schedule; * Train and guide assistant cooks and Cooks I and II; * Control portioning, temperature, and presentation of dishes; * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations; * Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in inventory control and supply requests; * Substitute for the Sous Chef when necessary. **Requirements:** * Solid experience in industrial kitchen or large-scale cafeteria; * Technical knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food handling; * Leadership and team management skills; * Completed high school (technical or vocational course in gastronomy is desirable).
