* Financial and economic management of the contract; * Direct billing management; * Management and monitoring of supplier measurements; * Management and monitoring of the contract’s cash flow, tracking project receipts and costs; * Plan and control activity execution, ensuring compliance with established deadlines; * Conduct financial analyses to assess project viability and propose cost-reduction solutions when necessary; * Identify and analyze cost deviations from the forecasted budget, taking corrective action to resolve discrepancies and prevent waste; * Prepare detailed cost estimates for new services and scope changes, ensuring a clear financial perspective for decision-making; * Analyze and monitor performance indicators, proposing corrective actions when necessary; * Prepare managerial reports; * Serve as the interface between technical teams and the administrative/financial department. * Perform and monitor supplier measurements, billing, and performance indicators. Requirements: To assume this position, we seek a professional with: * Degree in Civil Engineering; * Proven experience in cost management, cash flow management, and contract management; * Knowledge of construction planning and control tools (MS Project, Advanced Excel, construction management software); * Analytical ability. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in large-scale hospital, commercial, hospitality, or similar construction projects; * Experience with direct billing and PMG-type contracts; * Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Mega, SAP, Sienge, or similar); * Willingness to relocate to other states.
