We are looking for someone capable of coordinating teams, maintaining productive momentum, and ensuring high-quality project deliveries in accordance with industry best practices. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering; * Proven experience managing construction site teams, schedules, productivity, and task distribution; * Experience in projects under the "My House, My Life" (MCMV) program, industrial/logistics projects, and large-scale commercial construction; * Direct field involvement, with an owner’s mindset, sense of urgency, and ability to make quick decisions; **Job Responsibilities** * Daily site management and task assignment; * Productivity monitoring and direct team leadership; * Oversight and control of planning, budgeting, measurements, and procurement; * Project and quality control; * Occupational safety and PPE management; * Support to HR/HR Administration (timekeeping, hiring, documentation); **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; **Work Location** * Serra/ES; **Employment Type:** PJ
