




* Follow all procedures of the Purchasing Department * Carry out all company purchases (headquarters and branches) upon approval of requisitions and approvals from management and board * Conduct commercial negotiations with suppliers * Place purchase orders in the system. * Prospect and register new suppliers and products in the system. * Contact suppliers to monitor deliveries and pending issues. * Accompany suppliers visiting the company to perform services and/or provide quotes. * Monitor supplier material receipt processes, stock entry, and storage in containers. * Deliver requested materials to requesters from all company departments (when necessary) * Control and distribute PPE to employees (when necessary) * Manage, quote, assess replacement needs, and deliver tools and equipment used by the maintenance team * Open the container door for withdrawal of lubricating oils and other controlled products. * Participate in inventory counts and warehouse audits * Provide support to administrative departments whenever necessary Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Pay: BRL 2,300.00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Meal allowance Relocation possibility: * Mogi Mirim - SP 13804-060: Relocate or move to the job location prior to starting work (Preferred) Selection question(s): * What is your experience in purchasing materials?
