**MUST RESIDE IN CAÇAPAVA OR NEARBY AREAS** It is the responsibility of the **Store Assistant Manager** * Monitor the sales development of each department and each salesperson, in order to closely identify issues related to staff performance, best- and worst-selling items, customer objections and criticisms; classify products by sales turnover, alerting the purchasing department; * Develop business strategies to increase customer volume, expand in-store traffic and optimize profitability; * Achieve sales goals by training, motivating, guiding, and providing feedback to sales staff, ensuring all employees are well-informed and prepared regarding new products and daily and/or weekly promotions; * Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards, as well as store organization and cleanliness; * Prepare performance reports, identifying sales trends, customer needs, profitability results, inventory control (including losses, breakages and damages), and monitor orders and deliveries, contributing to purchase planning; * Propose innovative actions and ideas to strengthen the store's market presence; * Conduct team performance evaluations, identifying training needs and supporting the development of career development plans. **Requirements** * Higher education will be a differentiator; * Basic knowledge of sales indicators, inventory, and financial results; * Proficiency in sales techniques and customer service; * Leadership and people management; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Strategic vision and results orientation; * Organization, discipline, and decision-making ability; * Proactivity and innovation in pursuing improvements. **Differentiators** * Experience in the household goods sector or large-scale retail; Job type: Full-time Pay: BRL 2,843.40 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation voucher
