**Activities:** * Assemble parts and components such as interiors (doors, consoles, carpets, ceilings), according to work instructions, in automotive production lines; * Use manual and electric tools, such as screwdrivers, drills, and wrenches, to perform assembly tasks; * Perform visual inspections and simple quality tests; * Report equipment, parts, or process failures or issues to supervisors; * Follow work instructions and assembly standards; * Keep the workplace clean and organized to ensure safety and process efficiency; * Support the production team as required by the area; * Strictly follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures. **Requirements:** * Complete elementary education (high school education desirable); * Previous experience in assembly line work will be an advantage; * Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines (targets); * Commitment, attention, and responsibility. **Skills:** * Focused attention and manual dexterity to handle small parts and perform repetitive tasks accurately. * Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical effort, such as lifting objects. * Good communication and ability to work in a team and collaborate with colleagues. * Proactivity, responsibility, and commitment to work. * Basic knowledge of using manual tools and assembly equipment.
