




Main focus on mechanical assembly of large machines • Assembly of machine components and subassemblies • Experience with: motor, reducer, bearing, coupling • Performs assembly of machines and mechanical assemblies, controlling dimensional and visual quality according to drawings and technical specifications. • Carries out assembly of machines and mechanical sets as established in Production Orders. • Performs part adjustments using lathe, milling machine, drill press, etc., during the mechanical assembly process. • Makes adjustments and calibrations on equipment as necessary to ensure they operate within specified tolerances. This may include adjustments to speed, pressure, alignment, and other settings. • Diagnoses and corrects mechanical failures, replaces worn or damaged parts, and performs repairs to keep equipment fully operational. • Controls the quality of the assembly performed (dimensional and visual), according to parameters indicated in equipment drawings and specifications. • Handles material movement (sheets and parts) for work execution using forklift and overhead crane.
