We seek a corporate civil lawyer with an analytical profile, business-oriented mindset, and consultative approach who understands law as a tool for corporate protection and growth. **Main Responsibilities** * Strategic civil litigation practice (drafting procedural documents, appeals, and oral arguments); * Management of a portfolio of corporate civil litigation cases; * Drafting legal opinions and consultations; * Participation in hearings and court proceedings; * Analysis and drafting of corporate contracts; * Direct interface with corporate clients; * Preventive practice to mitigate legal risks. **Requirements** * Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); * Proven experience in corporate civil litigation; * Excellent legal writing skills; * Strong organizational and deadline management skills; * Good communication skills and professional demeanor.
