**JOB DESCRIPTION** ===================== As a **Senior Frontend Developer**, your mission will be to maintain and scale the frontend architecture. Given the need to master multiple Design Patterns and state management strategies, you will face the challenge of keeping the interface performant and the code clean within a highly technically complex environment. Additionally, you will serve as a technical bridge: ensuring new features are delivered rapidly (using patterns such as Compound Components and Hooks), while simultaneously preparing the groundwork for architectural evolutions—such as the potential implementation of Micro\-frontends and the full adoption of TypeScript and Event\-driven Architecture. **DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:** ============================ * Developing Complex Interfaces: Build and maintain reusable and scalable components using best practices for React 18\+. * Architecture and Code Design: Define and apply design patterns that ensure frontend application maintainability and performance. * Performance Optimization: Implement rendering and loading strategies (e.g., code splitting and memoization) to ensure a smooth user experience. * Quality Assurance: Ensure code stability through rigorous implementation of automated tests. * Technological Evolution: Lead the frontend technical front, potentially assisting in the transition to micro\-frontend architectures and ensuring consistency of the application’s global state. * Technical Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to disseminate development best practices and support decision-making regarding the company’s JavaScript ecosystem. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** =================================== * A candidate with a solid track record in the web ecosystem, possessing over 6 years of experience with JavaScript (ES6\+) and foundational technologies (HTML5/CSS3\). * Minimum of 4 years of hands-on market experience specifically with ReactJS (versions 17/18\+), demonstrating maturity in handling the library’s evolution—from class component lifecycle to advanced Hook usage. * Experience working in environments employing diverse state management strategies and scalable architectures. * In-depth knowledge of Context API, performance-oriented memoization techniques, and comprehensive mastery of Hooks. * Practical application of patterns such as Higher\-Order Components (HOC), Compound Components, Presentational \& Container, State Reducer, and Observer. * Experience with libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Zustand. * Proficiency with preprocessors (SASS) and modern frameworks (Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap). * Writing unit and integration tests (Jest and React Testing Library), and implementing Code Splitting techniques for loading optimization. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ============================ * Proficiency in TypeScript, Micro\-frontend architecture, and understanding of event\-driven systems (Event\-driven Architecture). **OUR BENEFITS** ================ * Meal Allowance / Food Voucher * Health Insurance (Sulamerica) * Dental Insurance * Birthday Day Off * Life Insurance * Childcare Assistance * Remote Work (Home\-office) Join the transformation of the automotive market in Brazil!
