We seek someone analytical, organized, and problem-solving oriented, who enjoys interacting with clients, understanding business needs, and transforming those requirements into technical solutions. Key responsibilities: * Provide technical support and assistance to clients, analyzing and resolving incidents. * Investigate issues in applications, integrations, and databases. * Log, track, and prioritize tickets, ensuring SLA compliance. * Identify root causes of problems and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Support onboarding of new clients, modules, and features. * Perform system configurations, parameterizations, and validations. * Gather requirements from clients for minor enhancements and improvements. * Prepare functional and technical documentation. * Support user acceptance testing and testing of new features. * Act as the liaison between clients and the development team. * Monitor project execution, tracking schedules and deliverables. * Deliver system training and presentations to users when required. * Contribute to continuous improvement of support and implementation processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory requirements: * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Experience supporting corporate systems. * Proficiency in SQL for data queries and analysis. * Knowledge of REST APIs and system integration. * Aptitude for problem analysis and investigation. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks. * Experience with ticketing and activity tracking tools.
