With a focus on operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth, ABG Group stands out for the quality of its products and services, as well as its commitment to people development and strong partnerships. ✨ **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the structuring and consolidation of the Cost area, defining processes, controls, policies, and methodologies. * Manage the calculation and monthly closing of industrial costs and inventories, ensuring information reliability. * Develop, review, and validate standard costs, analyze variances, and propose actions to reduce costs and increase productivity. * Define cost allocation criteria, cost centers, and apportionment rules, ensuring adherence to best practices. * Collaborate with Engineering, PCP (Production Control and Planning), and Production teams on master data management (BOM, routings, structures, and productive resources) and ERP Datasul enhancements. * Conduct profitability analyses, pricing studies, economic feasibility assessments, and support strategic business decisions. * Lead the industrial budget (Budget), forecasts, and performance analyses comparing actual versus planned results. * Coordinate inventory counts, reconciliations, and inventory valuation, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. * Develop management indicators, dashboards, and automate reports using Power BI, SQL, and ERP functionalities. * Serve as a technical reference in continuous improvement projects, Lean Manufacturing, process automation, waste reduction, and industrial cost optimization. **✨ Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Experience in Industrial Costing. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. ✨ **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of ERP Datasul. * Power BI. * SQL (basic queries). **✨ Benefits** * Medical and Dental Assistance * Life Insurance * On-site Cafeteria * Meal Voucher * On-site Gym * TotalPass * Transportation Voucher * Parking **✨ If you are seeking a strategic opportunity with direct involvement in industrial cost management and tangible impact on business results, join our team!** **Apply now or refer someone matching this profile.**
