This professional will be responsible for executing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities, contributing to safety, efficiency, and uninterrupted production processes. If you are a dedicated individual who enjoys teamwork and seeks an opportunity to grow within a dynamic and productive environment, **this position is for you!** Join our team and contribute to our purpose of **transforming lives through nutrition and performance.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform **preventive, corrective, and predictive** maintenance on industrial machines and equipment. * Diagnose mechanical failures, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions. * Assemble, disassemble, adjust, and replace mechanical components. * Maintain systems such as gear reducers, bearings, belts, gears, pumps, valves, and pneumatic and hydraulic components. * Support machine startups, operational testing, and post\-maintenance monitoring. * Conduct routine inspections to ensure safe and efficient equipment operation. * Record performed activities in work orders and maintenance management systems. * Comply with **safety, quality, and environmental** standards. * Collaborate with Production, Electrical, and Automation departments as needed. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and equipment reliability. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Technical course in **Mechanics, Industrial Mechanics, or Industrial Maintenance**, or related fields. * Availability to work **shifts or rotating schedules.** * Strong communication skills, commitment, and ability to work in teams. **Desirable:** * Proven experience as an **Industrial Maintenance Mechanic**. * Experience in industrial environments with structured maintenance routines. * Experience recording maintenance activities in work orders or maintenance management systems. * Knowledge of industrial machine and equipment maintenance. * Proficiency in using **hand and power tools**, such as: wrenches, torque wrenches, pullers, presses, grinders, and drills. * Experience with measuring instruments, such as: calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and tape measures. * Ability to read and interpret **mechanical technical drawings** and manufacturer manuals. * Knowledge of **mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems**. * Familiarity with alignment, balancing, and assembly of mechanical assemblies. **Additional Information** * On\-site cafeteria; * Meal Allowance and/or Basic Food Basket; * Transportation Allowance or Mobility Assistance; * Medical and Dental Assistance; * Pharmacy Partnership; * Group Life Insurance; * Profit and Results Sharing (PLR); * Gympass; * Discount on supplements from the brands **Integralmédica, Darkness, and Nutrify**.
