




Job Summary: We are seeking a B2B sales professional to actively prospect new industrial clients, manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, and close contracts. Key Highlights: 1. Hunter-style sales approach in prospecting medium- and large-sized industrial clients. 2. Sales pipeline management and negotiations focused on contract closure. 3. Strategic account development and client relationship management. We specialize in electrical panels, industrial automation, and supply of domestic and imported electrical components, offering tailored solutions to meet the needs of industries across Brazil. **Key Responsibilities:** Conduct daily active prospecting of new industrial clients (medium- and large-sized enterprises). Map and develop strategic accounts (e.g., industries such as Eurofarma and similar companies). Identify decision-makers in procurement, supply chain, and engineering departments. Initiate active contact via telephone, e\-mail, and LinkedIn to generate opportunities. Conduct in-person client visits with a minimum frequency of three times per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). Lead face-to-face commercial meetings to strengthen relationships and advance negotiations. Assess clients’ technical and commercial needs (diagnostic). Prepare and submit commercial proposals aligned with the client’s profile. Lead negotiations and drive contract closure. Perform structured and continuous follow\-up until sale completion. Manage and update the sales pipeline (pipeline) in spreadsheets or CRM. Report daily activities, opportunities, and negotiation status. Support supplier qualification processes with clients. Monitor initial post\-sales activities to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. **Requirements:** High school diploma completed. Proven experience in B2B sales and strong track record in active prospecting (hunter role). Experience managing sales pipelines (pipeline) and proficiency in Excel / commercial spreadsheets. Experience in consultative selling and longer sales cycles. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the industrial sector, familiarity with medium/large enterprises, and knowledge of corporate procurement processes / supplier qualification procedures.
