




Description: Education and Technical Knowledge * Degree in Control and Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Experience in PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell, Omron, etc.) and development of HMIs/SCADA systems. * Knowledge of industrial networks (Profinet, EtherNet/IP, Profibus, etc.). * Experience with industrial robotics and machine vision systems (Cognex, Keyence, Omron). * Knowledge of electrical design using EPLAN P8\. * Familiarity with medium-voltage design (substations and transmission lines). Tools and Software * EPLAN P8 and AutoCAD Electrical. * TIA Portal, Studio 5000, Sysmac Studio, or similar. * Microsoft Office suite and basic project management tools. Skills and Competencies * Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. * Organized, autonomous, and results-oriented. * Good communication skills, including with domestic and international suppliers. * Ability to work on-site and coordinate teams. * Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. * Advanced English is desirable. Courses and Certifications (Preferred) * PLC certifications (Siemens, Rockwell, Omron). * Machine safety courses (NR\-12, ISO 13849\). * Industrial robotics training. * Basic project management certifications (PMP/CAPM/Scrum are a plus). * Develop automation and robotics projects for various industrial applications. * Program automation and robotics software across multiple platforms and control architectures. * Design and implement computer vision-based inspection and quality control systems using industrial cameras. * Develop medium-voltage projects, including substations, transmission lines, and related systems. * Perform electrical design using EPLAN P8\. * Identify, qualify, and develop domestic and international suppliers of machines, equipment, and technologies. * Interact with domestic and international suppliers via meetings and e\-mails, ensuring technical alignment, adherence to deadlines, and delivery quality. * Plan, execute, and validate machines and equipment supplied by domestic and international partners. * Manage internal and outsourced teams for field service execution, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and quality. * Coordinate machine start\-up and commissioning activities at plants both domestically and abroad. * Participate in manufacturing inspections, oversee assembly, and conduct field tests. * Prepare technical specifications, develop schedules, and monitor equipment procurement and implementation processes. * Provide technical support to Engineering, Operations, and field teams. 2512180202551925450
