We expect you to uphold **credibility** in all tasks performed, approach everything you do with the **mindset of an owner**, and always act with **respect**, so that together we can achieve extraordinary results. **Your mission:** Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance, identifying faults and ensuring high operational availability of farm and hatchery equipment. **Responsibilities and duties** * Diagnose and repair incubation machines, hatchers, ventilation systems, and climate control systems; * Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and propose improvements; * Install new electrical equipment; inspect and calibrate sensors, thermostats, and environmental controllers; * Monitor generator operation and automation systems; * Follow technical procedures and standards; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas and tools used;  * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and good biosecurity practices. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Technical training in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields; * NR 10 certification; * Experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably in the agro-industrial sector; * Knowledge of advanced electrical control systems. **Additional information** * Meals provided at the company; * Attendance bonus; * Birthday day off (Day Off); * Dental plan; * Group life insurance. **CIALNE** was founded in Ceará and, over nearly six decades, has built a legacy defined by hard work, innovation, and commitment to excellence.
