Opportunity to develop and train technical teams. **AAK Brasil** **Jundiaí, SP** **About the Position:** Structure, review, and standardize electrical safety processes and procedures in compliance with NR10, including risk analysis, electrical installation documentation, and safe maintenance practices. Develop, implement, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance plans for plant electrical assets. Provide technical support for maintenance and reliability of electrical equipment and instrumentation. Support the PCM department in structuring and continuously improving maintenance plans and reliability indicators. Collaborate with engineering on improvement projects, retrofitting, and industrial automation. Standardize and improve automation systems, with a focus on Siemens technologies (PLCs, drives, and industrial networks). Identify technical gaps in the factory’s electrical and automation systems, proposing solutions to enhance reliability, safety, and operational efficiency. Analyze inspection reports, electrical measurements, and periodic monitoring data to ensure deviations are addressed and eliminated. Participate in the installation, commissioning, and start\-up of new equipment and automated systems.
