Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (completed or in progress) is desirable. * **Course:** Intermediate English proficiency is desirable. * **Work Location:** Osasco – São Paulo * **Working Hours:** Administrative schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * **Code:** COORD.SPO **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across general building facilities, automation systems, data cabling, and other infrastructure support devices for the data center; * Analyze and review equipment maintenance plans; * Approve scheduled routine maintenance activities in ServiceNow; * Ensure service and activity delivery quality by Infrastructure Analysts; * Monthly review of the site maintenance calendar and ensure execution of all scheduled activities; * Coordinate activities performed by the Technical Leader and Infrastructure Analysts; * Complete internal and vendor root cause analysis reports; conduct Business Continuity Plan (BCP) drills; * Coordinate initiatives aimed at improving infrastructure processes and procedures; * Monitor execution of projects and commissioning tests for new sites; * Participate in customer meetings (MBR, QBR) and any others as required; * Use and ensure team use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and uniforms, maintaining them in good condition for daily use. **Previous Experience:** * Knowledge of electrical equipment (UPS, batteries, generators, transformers, electrical panels, frequency inverters, etc.); * Knowledge of refrigeration, mechanical systems, and industrial automation; knowledge of hydraulics and civil engineering; * Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite tools.
