Join this community! **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Developing project criteria and general specifications; * Managing engineering and service contracts technically; * Preparing technical specifications for procurement of materials; * Conducting technical analysis of equipment, material, and service proposals; supporting the development of procurement strategy; * Analyzing and approving supplier drawings (DFs); * Evaluating detailed engineering to verify compliance with basic engineering sizing, and conducting field supervision during construction for engineering review when required; * Interacting daily with internal clients and designers to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them on-site; * Ensuring installations are designed in compliance with local safety regulations. **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; * Active CREA registration; * Proficiency in Autodesk tools; * Experience implementing projects in mining industrial plants; * Preferred: Knowledge of or experience with ISO 14001: Environmental Management System (EMS).
