Join this community! **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Monitoring, guiding, and inspecting work fronts to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Ensuring proper execution of services per project specifications, technical requirements, schedules, and company-established standards; * Coordinating and supervising teams to promote productivity, organization, and discipline at construction sites; * Tracking physical progress of activities to meet deadlines and established targets; * Identifying deviations during execution and implementing corrective actions promptly and effectively; * Controlling appropriate use of materials, equipment, and resources to avoid waste; * Ensuring application of operational procedures and sound construction practices; * Supporting activity planning, task allocation, and coordination with other departments involved in the project; * Reporting results, incidents, and performance indicators to management, preparing technical reports when required; * Promoting a safe working environment and encouraging a risk-prevention culture and adherence to internal regulations. For this position, we expect you to have: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and/or Technical Diploma in Building Construction and/or related fields; * Solid experience in construction site supervision, preferably for railway projects; * Experience monitoring construction reports, project documentation, and similar deliverables; * Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Knowledge of construction planning and control (schedules, measurements, KPIs); * Mastery of occupational safety regulations applicable to civil construction; * Knowledge of quality control and sound construction practices.
