Join this community! **Your main responsibilities will include**: * Maintaining the integrated project schedule up to date, presenting key milestones and activities related to procurement, contractors, and other project-contracted companies; * Analyzing the execution strategy and the proposed execution schedule submitted by the project contractor; * Monitoring weekly updates to the schedules of companies contracted for the project and reviewing quantities of work completed during the period; * Conducting follow-up on actions identified during progress meetings, updating the status of upcoming deliverables, identifying delayed activities, risks, and other items; * Proposing solutions for potential gaps and/or deviations affecting contractual schedule deadlines and physical progress of construction works; * Adopting a holistic business perspective, always ensuring quality, schedule, cost, and integration; * Presenting technical reporting documents—including analyses, costs, and project trends—to clients to support decision-making; * Keeping clients informed about labor and equipment histograms, demonstrating planned versus actual performance; * Implementing monitoring of both physical and financial planning processes to ensure expected outcomes; * Participating in construction progress and quality meetings; preparing meeting minutes; tracking action item lists; developing project status presentations; and other related tasks. **For this position, we expect you to have**: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and/or related fields; * Active CREA registration; * Extensive experience in comprehensive planning of industrial projects, preferably in mining; * Desired knowledge or experience with ISO 14001: Environmental Management System (EMS).
