Ensure laboratory quality assurance by supervising operations, controlling quality, managing teams and resources, and ensuring documentation and safety compliance.

**General Activity Description:**
Ensure laboratory quality assurance by verifying production forms and processes, conducting audits, and developing and reviewing operational procedures.
**1\. Operational Management**
* Supervise daily laboratory operations to ensure activities are performed in accordance with technical and regulatory standards.
* Plan and coordinate analyses, tests, or experiments.
* Ensure proper use of equipment and materials.
* Develop, review, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure process compliance with the team.
**2\. Quality Control**
* Monitor and ensure timeliness and service order quality.
* Implement and monitor internal and external quality control programs.
* Ensure compliance with standards and regulations (e.g., ANVISA, ISO, ABNT, or others).
* Conduct feasibility studies and testing.
**3\. Team Management**
* Coordinate the technical team, promoting training and capacity building.
* Monitor employee performance, providing feedback and guidance.
* Manage work schedules and foster a safe and productive work environment.
**4\. Resource Administration**
* Monitor inventory of supplies, reagents, and equipment, placing purchase orders as needed.
* Supervise equipment maintenance and calibration.
* Ensure proper disposal of laboratory-generated waste.
**5\. Documentation and Reporting**
* Prepare technical reports, analysis results, and presentations.
* Maintain up-to-date records of all laboratory activities.
* Conduct internal audits and prepare for external audits.
**6\. Safety Compliance**
* Ensure strict adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
* Promote biosafety and personal protective equipment (PPE) training.
* Identify and mitigate potential workplace hazards.
**Requirements:**
* Degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, or Biomedicine;
* Experience in Laboratory Supervision or Coordination;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Experience in quality assurance.
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
