Job Summary: A professional to provide technical support, conduct audits, create and present indicators, and deliver training to the Pre-Analytical team. Key Highlights: 1. Creation, updating, and presentation of departmental indicators Description: * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Biomedicine; * Laboratory experience; * Experience in biological sample collection; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Availability for temporary assignment: 200 days; * Conduct visits to Units to monitor phlebotomists and multipliers; * Provide technical support regarding sample collection to Units and technical departments; * Monitor and conduct internal and external audits according to accreditation standards (PALC, ISO, etc.); * Create, update, and present indicators relevant to the Pre-Analytical department; * Review documents and processes whenever necessary; * Deliver training and refresher courses for the Pre-Analytical team; 2511010202241478577
