Job Summary: Professional required for technical support, monitoring and audits at units, as well as creation of indicators and training in the Pre-Analytical area. Key Highlights: 1. Creation of indicators and pre-analytical training **Laboratory network;** ------------------------- **Temporary position: 200 days;** ------------------------------ **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct visits to units to monitor phlebotomists and multipliers; * Provide technical support regarding specimen collection to units and technical areas; * Monitor and conduct internal and external audits according to accreditation standards (PALC, ISO, etc.); * Create, update and present indicators relevant to the Pre-Analytical department; * Review documents and processes whenever necessary; * Deliver pre-analytical training and refresher courses to the team; **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy or Biomedicine; * Laboratory experience; * Experience in biological specimen collection; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Availability for temporary assignment: 200 days; **Additional information** * Transportation allowance, meal voucher or food allowance; * Health and dental insurance; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Life insurance; * Birthday bonus and half-day off on birthday;
