Responsibilities On a daily basis, you will be responsible for: Ensuring access to and updating documentation of the Integrated Management System (IMS). Developing and reviewing procedures related to the quality system. Proposing innovative solutions and engaging employees in the IMS. Analyzing performance indicators and proposing corrective actions. Managing the internal audit system and supporting training activities. Receiving, evaluating, and monitoring incident records. Supporting the organization of internal and external events related to quality management. Controlling, monitoring, and analyzing processes to ensure compliance with standards such as PALC, ONA, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 37001, and ISO 14001. Preparing critical analysis reports and tracking action plans. Performing other related duties as required. Requirements Mandatory: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Biomedicine, Biochemistry, Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, PDCA, Six Sigma). Experience in process mapping, flowchart development, and data analysis. Strong communication and organizational skills. Desirable: Project management experience. Driver’s license category B.
