Operational Analyst - Dispatch

Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing cargo checker duties, issuing various transportation fiscal documents, correcting registrations, and assisting with operational pending issues. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with issuing CTe/RPS and transportation fiscal documents 2. Knowledge of customer registration correction and follow-up on pending issues 3. Proficiency with Manifest/Romaneio and familiarity with SSW * Perform duties assigned to the Cargo Checker; * Issue Electronic Transportation Receipt (CTe/RPS) with fiscal invoices and with XML/EDI; * Conduct verification of fiscal invoices and transportation-related fiscal documents; * Issue control and cargo verification labels; * Issue manual CTe/RPS and CTe/RPS with cargo allocation, as required; * Issue Manifest/Romaneio for vehicle departures; * Correct customer registration issues in the system when necessary; * Issue complementary CTe/RPS to adjust or supplement information and charges related to transportation services; * Assist in monitoring operational pending issues that may impact delivery; **Advantages:** * Familiarity with SSW * Less-than-Truckload (LTL) Freight Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.088,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Do you have knowledge of SSW? * Do you have experience in Dispatch?
