Prepare materials to be welded, including cleaning, cutting, and fitting. Select the appropriate electrode or wire type for the welding process. Set up and operate welding equipment, such as electric welding machines, TIG, MIG, or submerged arc welding machines. Perform high-quality welds following procedures and safety standards. Inspect and test welds to ensure their integrity and quality. Conduct preventive maintenance on welding equipment. Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and production targets. Follow occupational safety regulations and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
