This professional’s mission will be to manage warranty routines for parts and services, ensuring correct execution of procedures with the vehicle manufacturer and workshop. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed undergraduate degree; Experience in administrative routines. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Carry out the parts warranty process, including receipt, verification, and registration of credit and debit invoices; Monitor inventory of warranty-covered parts (broken and defective), organizing and identifying items for audits; Support mechanics in replacing warranty-covered parts and forward items for the manufacturer’s analysis; Prepare and submit documents and reports related to vehicle repairs under warranty; Track warranty processes carried out at the workshop. **BENEFITS:** Medical, dental, and pharmacy benefits; Meal allowance; Transportation allowance; Life insurance; Wellhub (fitness and wellness); Birthday day off.
