Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform various forest seedling production processes, clonal garden establishment and maintenance, seedling selection, dispatch, manual cargo handling, and input handling, as required; * Carry out forest establishment and maintenance processes according to technical instructions; * Conduct pest, disease, and weed control in accordance with specific technical instructions for the activity; * Assist in supply, loading, and unloading of inputs, equipment, and implements; * Perform activities complying with the company’s established quality parameters; * Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (SGQ), Environmental Management System (SGA), 5S, SIGA, and occupational safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement programs; * Prevent and combat forest fires and frosts; * Eliminate exotic species in plots and reserves in accordance with technical instructions; * Support organization of living areas and the work environment; * Operate motorized cultivators, blowers, and thermal foggers in accordance with technical instructions; * Handle agricultural inputs, agrochemicals, and fertilizers in accordance with technical instructions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Minimum age of 18 years; * Incomplete elementary education. **Desirable:** * Experience in forest planting, rural services, and agricultural activities **Additional Information** Aligned with our organizational culture, we **care for life wherever it is**.
