WHAT DOES SUZANO EXPECT FROM YOU? * Completed High School education * Basic knowledge of the Tissue process * NR 35 certification preferred * Must reside in Maracanaú DETAILS: Location: Maracanaú Application deadline: 11/30 WHAT WILL YOU DO? * Maintain a clean and organized work area (indoor and outdoor spaces), complying with selective waste collection and the Good Sense program * Use all required personal protective equipment (PPE) while performing tasks and in other internal facilities where PPE use is mandatory, as stipulated by occupational safety regulations * Know and apply SIG procedures and standards * Perform tasks according to work instructions * Comply with Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards and procedures, in accordance with Suzano’s internal policies * Provide feedback to pursue quality excellence * Participate in working groups to support continuous improvement of process quality * Carry out scheduled shutdowns, including general line cleaning and other related activities * Monitor and analyze the entire production process and losses * Operate the tube machine and prepare raw materials (adhesive, cardboard, wastepaper) * Assist in pressing waste material * Assist in operating packaging and baling machines * Assist in controlling raw materials and preparing shift reports for your production line * Serve as a role model for safe behavior, encouraging the team to practice active and responsible care * Promote strict adherence to safety procedures and integrate prevention into daily routines * Encourage proper use of PPE and exercise of the right to refuse work in situations involving imminent serious risk, fostering proposal of control solutions * Ensure effective communication of incidents and implementation of necessary corrective actions 2511290202181873576
