Tire Assembly Assistant

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for tire assembly, inflation, and valve testing, as well as inspecting assemblies and maintaining workstation organization, in compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Valve assembly and testing 2. Quality and safety maintenance 3. Workstation organization 1\. Record the assembly to be assembled on the check exchange form; 2\. Install valves on wheels; 3\. Inflate assembled assemblies; 4\. Conduct valve leak tests; 5\. Inspect assemblies according to defined criteria, segregating non-conforming products; 6\. Remove from the production line and store in inventory; 7\. Participate in job rotation among workstations as defined; 8\. Properly implement items of the Quality and Environmental Policy relevant to their activity; 9\. Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE; 10\.
