Job Summary: A professional responsible for customer service in the workshop, ensuring high-quality diagnosis, monitoring, and delivery of automotive services, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Monitoring of automotive services The professional will be responsible for serving customers in the workshop department, ensuring quality in diagnosis, monitoring, and delivery of services performed on vehicles. **Responsibilities:** * Serve dealership customers, identifying their needs and recording service offers. * Prepare estimates and explain the technical aspects of required vehicle services. * Monitor service progress in coordination with the mechanic team. * Ensure clear and transparent communication with the customer throughout the maintenance process. * Open and close service orders. * Review completed services prior to vehicle delivery to the customer. * Uphold service quality and customer satisfaction. * Adhere to CAOA Chery manufacturer standards and processes. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical training in automotive mechanics preferred). * Prior experience in technical service or after-sales is a plus. * Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics. * Strong communication skills and ability to build customer relationships. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: R$1\.621,00 \- R$2\.700,00 per month Work Location: On-site
