In-person training provided by the company Job Description Suprimaq is hiring a **Technical Assistant in Electronics or Mechatronics**, recently graduated, with little or no professional experience, to perform internal and external technical support for clients within its product portfolio (plotters, graphic printers, laser printers). The company is the Brazilian distributor of Mimaki (world leader in large-format printers — plotters) and specializes in laser printers from Xerox, Ricoh, Samsung, and HP. Company Benefits: * Remuneration * Meal allowance * In-person training in Manaus and São Paulo Internal Responsibilities: * Repairing equipment, modules, circuit boards, toner cartridges, photoreceptors, laser printers, inkjet printers, etc. External Responsibilities (Field): * Repairing and assisting with equipment maintenance, supporting and accompanying client service for laser printers, inkjet printers, and plotters, providing support, maintenance, installation, assembly, training, adjustments, cleaning, etc. Mandatory Requirements (Candidates must have or be): * Valid Brazilian driver’s license category B or A * Willingness to travel * Residency in Manaus * Discipline, determination, organization, and commitment to work * Dynamic, proactive, and strong written and verbal communication skills * Eagerness for new challenges * Professional appearance and writing ability * Technical education in Electronics or Mechatronics **(certified by the MEC)** * Knowledge of networking and IT solutions * Ability to analyze and diagnose failures and defects * Technical English Desirable Qualifications: * Interpersonal relationship skills * Advanced knowledge of printing and scanning solutions related to network and IT configuration * Advanced English * Basic knowledge of motors and servo-motors * Knowledge of logic circuits * Knowledge of repairing logic boards * Ability to read electronic schematics * Little or no professional experience (we aim to train our own technician) Interested candidates should apply for the position and update their resumes on their profile for immediate start, or send them to gerencia@suprimaq.com.br with the subject line "Technical Assistant" Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Salary: Commercial sector minimum wage (starting) Benefits: * On-site lunch * Transportation allowance Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Licenses/Certifications: * Brazilian National Driver’s License Category B or A * Completed technical course in Electronics or Mechatronics (valid per MEC) Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: Starting from R$1.700,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
