And this is just the beginning. ### **Your day-to-day will include:** * Serving as the technical reference for **AI Assessment** initiatives, supporting clients in identifying opportunities and defining AI-based solutions; * Supporting solution definition, requirement refinement, and technical guidance for initiatives, ensuring alignment between business needs and technological feasibility; * Leading the design, validation, and implementation of generative AI architectures using the AWS ecosystem; * Providing technical guidance to cross-functional teams throughout the initiative lifecycle, promoting best practices in development, architecture, and implementation; * Monitoring project progress, supporting technical decision-making, and mitigating architectural risks; * Leading technical discussions with clients and stakeholders, translating business challenges into scalable, high-impact solutions; * Defining strategies for implementing solutions using **LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), MCP, and agent-based architectures**; * Supporting technical assessments, proofs of concept (PoCs), and AI innovation initiatives; * Collaborating closely with product, architecture, business, and engineering teams to ensure adoption and success of proposed solutions; * Promoting engineering best practices, governance, quality, and agility across projects. ### **Requirements and qualifications:** * **AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate** certification (or higher); * Solid experience designing and implementing solutions using AWS services; * Practical experience building **GenAI** solutions in enterprise environments; * Knowledge and experience with **RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)** architectures; * Familiarity with **MCP (Model Context Protocol)** and integration of tools and agents; * Knowledge or experience with **AWS AgentCore**; * Experience leading technical teams, projects, or strategic initiatives; * Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in collaborative environments; * Strong communication, facilitation, and influence skills with both technical and executive stakeholders; * Ability to design robust, scalable architectures aligned with business objectives. ### **Not mandatory but highly valued:** * AWS Professional certifications or specializations in AI and Machine Learning; * Experience with **Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, OpenSearch, Knowledge Bases, and other AWS AI-related services**; * Experience in consulting, technology assessments, or digital transformation projects; * Experience with autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and intelligent workflows; * Knowledge of AI governance, security, observability, and solution evaluation; * Experience in large-scale enterprise environments and high-visibility executive projects. ### **What’s it like to work at Skopia?** Here, you’ll find an environment where Results, Creativity, Pragmatism, Commitment, Authority, and Performance guide everyday work.
