We look forward to meeting you! **Responsibilities and Duties** Lead the team in Trim Shop operational processes, ensuring employee safety and delivery of production volumes within specifications. Monitor team performance, train and provide feedback to direct reports, discussing and proposing improvements. Support employees and Team Leaders to ensure effective training and maintenance of standardized work procedures, reporting to supervision. Ensure area organization, cost control, and adherence to company procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * This position requires a completed Technical Education or enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Administration, Management, and/or Engineering: Mechanical; Electrical; Production; or related fields. * Relevant experience in the role. * Knowledge of management techniques is desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of production processes. * Knowledge of SGA (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) and SGQ (Quality Management System) is desirable. **Additional Information** * Knowledge of management techniques is desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of automotive production and repair processes. * Knowledge of SGA and SGQ is desirable. * Availability to work rotating shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts) is required. #### **CAOA Montadora is located in the city of Anápolis, in the state of Goiás, and is considered one of Brazil’s largest automotive technology hubs.
