We’d love to meet you! \#oquecorrepelanossafibra \#timedefibra **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform system maintenance and support, diagnosing and resolving technical and operational issues, as well as implementing improvements and updates when necessary. * Collaborate with other members of the IT team and end users to ensure proper system integration and compatibility with other applications and IT infrastructure. * Monitor and manage system performance and availability, proactively identifying and resolving incidents to minimize impact on the production environment. * Contribute to the development of technical documentation, such as user manuals, installation and configuration guides, and process documentation, to facilitate system usage and maintenance. * Implement routines in the system using HANA SQL, tailored to each department’s needs, ensuring process compliance. * Maintain systems under the corporate systems team’s responsibility.
