We are looking for committed, responsible individuals with proven experience: **Structural Steel Assembly Supervisor:** * Execute the schedule and allocate work fronts at the assembly site. * Serve as the technical point of contact for the client and align requirements in real time. * Coordinate teams, ensuring discipline, proper use of PPE, and safety. * Inspect materials, control material movement, and maintain an organized worksite. * Ensure assembly is performed in accordance with project specifications, standards, and technical requirements. * Resolve operational issues and escalate to supervisors when necessary. * Record incidents and submit a daily operations report. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in this role; * Proficiency in reading technical drawings; * Willingness to travel; * Commitment to occupational safety regulations.
