#### **Manpower** **is currently seeking to recruit an experienced** **Welder** **to join our clients team.** #### **Role Overview:** The successful candidate will be responsible for the fabrication and welding of aluminium and steel components according to company specifications and technical drawings. This role involves working on a range of custom\-built parts, assemblies, and structures, requiring precision, attention to detail, and strong technical ability. #### **Main Duties \& Responsibilities:** * Carry out welding and fabrication work on aluminium, steel, and stainless\-steel components in line with project requirements. * Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment to ensure optimal performance for various tasks. * Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to plan and execute work accurately. * Fabricate structural and mechanical parts such as frames, brackets, and pressure vessels. * Perform MIG, TIG, and MMA welding to a high standard, ensuring strong, clean welds. * Conduct and produce welds that may be subject to inspection or testing, including x\-ray, pressure, or dye penetrant tests. * Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently, following company and site\-specific safety procedures. * Keep the workspace organized, maintaining tools and equipment in good condition. * Contribute to the development and improvement of welding procedures and quality standards. #### **Candidate Profile:** * Proven experience in welding and metal fabrication, ideally within a similar industrial or manufacturing environment. * Strong hands\-on experience working with **aluminium**. * Competent in reading and interpreting engineering and fabrication drawings. * Skilled in using a range of metalworking and fabrication tools and machinery. * Capable of working to tight tolerances with high attention to detail and quality. * Holds valid and recognized **welding certifications**. * Self\-motivated and reliable, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. * Committed to maintaining high standards of health, safety, and workmanship. * Experience with **plasma cutting or burner operations** will be considered an asset. \#LI\-DNP
