




The **Toniello Group** is seeking a **Service Manager** with a strategic, organized profile and leadership capabilities. This professional will be responsible for planning and managing the post-sales process, ensuring goal achievement and service excellence. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Automotive-related coursework preferred; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Proven experience in team leadership and management; * Prior experience in the automotive sector. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Promote and coordinate employee participation in manufacturer-provided training programs, ensuring their technical and behavioral development; Oversee the team on a daily basis, assigning tasks and guiding them toward achieving established goals and objectives; Manage post-sales performance indicators, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and standards; Maintain departmental organization, ensuring cleanliness, proper spatial arrangement, and vehicle maintenance; Monitor team activities, evaluating each employee’s capability, performance, and fit between their profile and assigned responsibilities; Periodically review each employee’s routines and tasks to identify improvement opportunities and prevent rework. **BENEFITS:** * Health, dental, and pharmacy plans; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Wellhub (fitness and wellness program).
