Through the activities performed by the Senior Warehouse Analyst, the E-Commerce Regional Hub Physical Logistics team aims to elevate the operational maturity of the DC, ensuring process stability, reliability of system integrations, excellence in customer service, and continuous improvement in serving our customers. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities...** * Support inventory, storage, picking, and shipping routines; * Monitor operational service levels and support continuous improvement plans; * Participate in operational audits and adherence to Corporate Procedures; * Monitor system integrations among WMS, ERP, picking equipment, and automation systems; * Serve as the technical focal point for automation and integration incidents; * Support process standardization and provide technical guidance to the team. **What will contribute to your success?** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in distribution center operations, preferably e-commerce; * Knowledge of WMS, system integrations, and logistics automation; * Analytical mindset, autonomy, and ability to anticipate operational risks; * Strong communication skills and collaborative approach with operations, IT, and partners; * Willingness to work on-site in Araçariguama – SP.
