After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and disseminate continuous improvement, 5S, and Routine Management methodologies, supporting and monitoring implementation and adherence to the Logistics Excellence Program. * Lead continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Six Sigma and PDCA. * Map, analyze, and redesign internal processes to eliminate waste and increase productivity. * Be communicative in order to deliver training and conduct results meetings with the team (facilitate workshops, training sessions, and alignment meetings to spread best practices). * Prepare managerial reports and executive presentations with results and recommendations. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Collaborate with different departments to ensure integration and sustainability of improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Production Management, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable; * Prior experience in process management, quality, or continuous improvement projects is required; * Knowledge of Problem Analysis and Resolution (PDCA) is desirable; * Knowledge of Work Instructions and Procedures is desirable; * Familiarity with Quality Tools (MASP / 8D / A3) is desirable; * Experience in process mapping and redesign is desirable; * Green Belt certification is desirable. **Worth noting:** Working hours from 7:40 AM to 5:28 PM, Monday to Friday – 100% on-site **Specific Benefits by Unit:** **Anápolis:** * Attendance Bonus. * Chartered Bus Service. **Additional Information** **See what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Cafeteria: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Health and dental insurance plans. * Cuidar Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Year-end Christmas basket and children’s kit for your kids. * PPR – Profit Sharing Plan. * Payroll-deductible loan. * Study grant. * Educary – Education program for youth and adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub).
